About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to lead our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Licensed Mortgage Originators, fostering a positive sales atmosphere, and driving business growth.



Responsibilities




  • Manage a team of Licensed Mortgage Originators, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Market Growth team to actively recruit Loan Officers for the Branch.
  • Ensure all lending policies and regulations are followed, and credit recommendations are approved through supportive and documented presentations.
  • Train new team members in various aspects of the mortgage industry and our adopted sales process.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-friendly work environment, promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.


Requirements




  • 3-5 years of sales and lending experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Knowledge in lending and credit markets, with experience working in a CRM and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to maintain an active social media profile and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • NMLS License (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) required.


Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Knowledge of sales leadership and FAQ calls, with the ability to participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures, and pricing.
  • Ability to successfully manage a team of Licensed Mortgage Originators, with a focus on coaching, developing, and mentoring their activities and growth.


Work Environment

Compensation



The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and location. Benefits include a comprehensive compensation package, including a bonus structure and opportunities for professional growth and development.
