Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at SERVPRO Team Skov. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and estimate project costs and timelines
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including adjustments and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with SERVPRO's high standards for project execution and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial construction project management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Proficient in technology and project management software and tools
