Job Summary

The ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisor will work closely with the ECCP Management Team to oversee daily ECCP program operations and supervise 10-15 ECCP Consultants. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage and maintain workflow, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise ECCP Consultants in accordance with the ECCP Program Model, providing individual supervision, co-supervision, and site visits as needed.
  • Monitor and track ECCP staff workforce requirements and training needs, ensuring consultants are trained and certified in required areas.
  • Manage consultant performance and direct service requirements, including caseload tracking and impact outcomes.
  • Communicate with the ECCP Management Team and subcontracted providers about consultant, contact, and coverage information.
  • Promote EC initiatives through trainings, presentations, and other activities, representing ABH and ECCP in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Mental Health or related field.
  • Clinical License required.
  • 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in children's behavioral health and early education, preferably in early childhood mental health consultation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills.
