Job Description
The Account Executive role involves driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. This position requires a strong understanding of the diagnostic industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day customer interactions, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing and implementing plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions, including customer requests, allocations, and backorders
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Abbott remains competitive

Requirements
- Associate Degree
- 4 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven success in strategic sales, exceeding plans, and turning around underperforming territories
- Experience in capital sales and/or multi-stakeholder environments, developing and selling customized solutions to senior executives
- Innovation and change management skills, bringing new ideas forward and driving them through the organization
- Strong business planning process and attention to detail, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills

Salary Range
$72,700 - $145,300, depending on location, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a global company.
