As an Insurance Policy Specialist at Acrisure LLC, you'll be part of a team assisting customers with their insurance needs over the phone and in person. This role involves advocating for customers in resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Your strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and ability to multitask will make you succeed in this position. You'll have the opportunity to do everything from service to sales, creating a dynamic and engaging work environment.

The job requires responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and policy-related questions with accuracy and clarity. Additionally, you'll process payments from customers and quote/sell insurance products based on their requirements. You must be organized, think multi-tasking, and possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done. Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish is preferred, but not required. Ability to commute/relocated to Worcester, MA is necessary.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience. Prior insurance agency experience is a plus. Salary is estimated at $35,763-$50,000+ per year, including benefits such as 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and paid training program.
