Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing education on our products and services. Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions to provide exceptional service and support
  • Open new accounts and perform various financial transactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide education on our products and services to customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
