Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is a full-time position that will involve working with a caseload of students in a K-12 school district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students' progress
Requirements
  • Active Texas SLPA license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation

Pay rates are negotiable and will depend on previous experience and caseload. Typically, rates range from $35 to $40 per hour.
