Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and pristine environment throughout the community, including laundry functions.
  • Develop and nurture fulfilling relationships with residents, promoting a homelike atmosphere.
  • Work cooperatively with team members to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
  • Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, and eliminate trip hazards.
  • Adhere to the community's safety program, including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
  • Ensure an attractive home environment that fosters engagement, socialization, and purposeful living.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Ability to make decisions and act in the residents' best interest.
