Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Sugar Land and Richmond areas. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of pediatric clients, providing individualized therapy services to help them overcome feeding difficulties and other speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients with feeding difficulties and other speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric clients with feeding difficulties and other speech and language disorders
