As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in finding, validating, and closing License Compliance leads in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual License Compliance sales quota.
  • Work closely with Siemens direct sales team, legal, technical specialists, and other members of the License Compliance team on compliance matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve compliance issues and drive sales growth.
  • Manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer software deployments to identify compliance opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations to customers to drive sales growth and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, software licensing models, and license agreements to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in software sales support, license compliance, inside sales, or maintenance/service renewals.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business management or related degree.
  • Previous experience in license compliance, inside sales, or renewals.
  • Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements, and contracts.
  • Previous experience dealing with principles, owners, and executives in sales situations.
