- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
