OVME is seeking a dedicated Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience from initial contact through to post-treatment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an unrivaled customer experience for all clients.
  • Welcome and greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, setting the tone for their visit.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate the appointment booking system, ensuring accurate scheduling and optimizing the use of studio resources.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on location)
