JOB OVERVIEW:

The Customer Service Center Representative plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support to incoming inquiries through multiple communication channels, including phone and online platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Exhibit Q2 Service and Sales initiatives with enthusiasm and creativity to meet objectives and surpass quality benchmarks.
  • Foster customer relationships by representing QNB Bank in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring effective service through consultative selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Assess customer requirements and direct them to the suitable resources.
  • Execute various deposit and loan transactions accurately.
  • Showcase comprehensive product knowledge and actively participate in service and sales initiatives.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and integrate it into daily tasks.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in customer interaction and teamwork.
  • Fulfill basic CSR training within the initial six months of employment.
  • Strong communication and sales abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Adherence to operational and security protocols.
  • Completion of ABA Banking Fundamentals within the first year of employment.
  • Annual recertification for CSR.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Competent in operating office and telecommunication equipment.
  • Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred.
