Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our outpatient department and/or clinic reception team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients, completing all necessary forms and obtaining demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect co-payments and post payments accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
