Patient Access Liaison

Welcome patients as they arrive, answering any questions they may have and guiding them through the check-in process. Act as a liaison with the medical staff to ensure patients' needs are met. Address patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. This role is essential for ensuring that patients have a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming patients and addressing their inquiries
- Guiding patients through the check-in process
- Acting as a liaison with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met
- Resolving patient complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings
- Experience working in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable individual with an outgoing, bubbly personality
