Lien Administrator

Compensation: $20-25/hr

Location: Remote position available for candidates seated in OH

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate payments received from clients.
  • Collect and authorize lien waivers for the credit and collections division.
  • Supply timely information to support collection initiatives within the Credit Department, utilizing lien rights as a collection mechanism when necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in credit and collections or knowledge of lien legislation is preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is advantageous.
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel; must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
