As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily business operations and customer success of our agency. You will grow our agency through meaningful client relationships and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your goal is to improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

We are seeking a sales-minded professional who can develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales or account management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Additionally, the successful applicant will be willing to engage in sales conversations and use their knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, plus commission. Our benefits package includes a competitive salary, 401(k), flexible schedule, paid time off, and training & development opportunities. We also offer a chance to advance your career as you better your community.
