Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Abacus Technologies, you will drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities. The ideal candidate will define and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's vision and priorities. Other key responsibilities include achieving outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of calls and emails, closing deals, and processing documentation after the sales process is complete.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Winning new business opportunities and growing strategic relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintaining a robust qualified pipeline of opportunities that align with Abacus' strategic growth vision.
- Assessing an in-depth understanding of IT services and solutions to address complex and strategic needs within target businesses.
- Providing thorough and accurate insight into the strategic initiatives of potential customers and effectively communicating the value of Abacus into their organization.
- Forecasting opportunities on a weekly and quarterly basis to achieve revenue targets.
- Representing Abacus as a prime internal and external contact on new business pursuits.
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with technical leadership and C-Level executives.
- Recognizing customer business problems and driving/influencing resources to address opportunities.
