Aftercare Clinician Position at Elmcrest Children's Center

Compensation Package: Estimated Annual Salary $68,000.00 - $72,000.00

About the Role:

This Aftercare Clinician position is designed to provide critical clinical services to youth and families transitioning from our residential program. As a key member of our team, you will deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as interact with various stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive therapeutic services to youth and families in their home and community setting, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with youth, families, and staff members to achieve positive outcomes and foster a sense of community.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with families and county representatives through regular collaboration and open communication.
  • Implement agency-approved policies, protocols, and procedures to guarantee the highest standard of care is consistently delivered.
  • Accurately maintain record-keeping and reports, facilitating seamless communication within the organization.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in the mental health field (LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.).
  • Experience working in a mental health environment, with a proven track record of success in delivering quality services.
  • In-depth knowledge of community resources and support systems, enabling effective referrals and collaborations to benefit youth and families.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of cooperation and shared goals.
  • A valid Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance are required for this position.
