Family Support Coordinator

Clear Path for Veterans: Warriors Working is a leading Veteran Resource Center serving Upstate New York. We are seeking a skilled Family Support Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support and connecting military families with programs and services that reduce the risk of suicide.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and compassionately to inquiries from Veteran families.
- Answer questions, researching information to provide complete and accurate responses.
- Identify areas of need among Veteran family members and make appropriate referrals to Clear Path programs and services or external resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- A minimum of one year's work experience in a Veteran-focused or related field.
- Strong understanding of military culture and community resources.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
