Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director with a proven track record in selling animal protein products, specifically beef, pork, and chicken. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and/or food service sales, as well as a deep understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients in the retail sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail industry.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the retail grocery or CPG industry.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
