As a proficient Maintenance Specialist II or III, your main responsibility will be the interior upkeep of our luxury coaches, ensuring they are ready for tours.
You will play a crucial role in our operations, executing essential repairs, refurbishments, and contributing to the construction of brand new coaches to uphold the exceptional standards our clients expect.
As our Maintenance Specialist, you will engage in the building, refurbishing, and repairing of coach interiors. Your contributions will significantly affect the comfort and functionality of our fleet.Responsibilities
- Achieve project objectives for interior coach repairs, refurbishments, and new coach construction.
- Conduct general repairs and refurbishments to ensure coaches are tour-ready.
- Participate in the construction of new coaches, emphasizing high-quality interior finishes.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve potential issues within coach interiors.
- Install and upgrade audio-visual systems, HVAC units, and other amenities.
- Ensure all interior work adheres to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Provide insights to enhance maintenance processes and product performance.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- No prior luxury coach experience required.
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in carpentry.
- Familiarity with low-voltage wiring installations.
- Experience with plumbing PVC installation.
- Willingness to travel and be available for on-call service as needed.
Preferred Requirements (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Dometic roof AC units, small engine repairs for generators and inverters is advantageous.
- Background in luxury coach or RV repair is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret product specifications, documentation, schematics, and installation instructions.
- Advanced knowledge of tools, fasteners, and methods for constructing and installing wood and panel products.
Compensation details: 28-36 Hourly Wage
