Job Summary:

This position involves performing general maintenance and repairs of all aspects of a customer's facility, including buildings, equipment, and site. The maintenance technician will perform various tasks related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment and systems, as well as basic carpentry tasks. This includes both preventive and corrective maintenance for multiple locations within a geographic area or facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Conduct basic carpentry tasks, such as repairing and replacing fixtures and equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal facility operation
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training required
