Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at USA Clinics Group.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for receiving inbound retention calls from current customers, accommodating scheduling needs of existing patients, making outgoing confirmation and follow-up calls, and educating customers on membership features and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound retention calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Accommodate scheduling needs of existing patients
  • Make outgoing confirmation and follow-up calls
  • Educate customers on membership features and offerings
  • Act with urgency to meet and resolve customers' needs and problems
  • Demonstrate knowledge of services
  • Ensure customer issue follow-up is completed on time and accurately
  • Builds rapport and constructive and effective relationships

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Sales, Telemarking, and Soft Sales Environment highly desired
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ year(s) experience in call center customer service, customer retention, multi-line phone administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, reporting, data entry, time management, and follow-up skills required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Call Center systems
  • Ability to connect with people, empathize with them and offer viable solutions to their concerns
