Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the estimating team and Senior Estimator
  • Conducting quantity take-offs
  • Preparing and managing bid packages
  • Coordinating subcontractor and bid procurement
  • Managing Requests for Information (RFIs) during the bidding process
  • Overseeing cost control and scheduling
  • Maintaining strong subcontractor relationships
  • Delivering high-quality and competitive bid analyses
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant estimating experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project
  • Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
  • Strong teamwork abilities
