Job Title: Computer Field Technician

BC Tech Pro is seeking a skilled Computer Field Technician to join our team. As a Computer Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computer Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units
  • Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of onboarding
  • Log into tech portal each morning to code calls and map out routes
  • Pick up parts daily from assigned FedEx or UPS store
  • Drop off old parts with pre-paid label provided
Requirements:
  • Prior hands-on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable with daily local travel
