About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide pre and post-closing support to our business partners. As an Operations Support Specialist I, you will work closely with the branch and loan processing team to ensure seamless loan origination processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customer records and onboard loans to the origination system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet regulatory timeframes and ensure timely completion of loan data validation.
  • Scan, index, maintain, and file documents with high quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision and proven self-starter.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software applications.
  • Knowledge of credit and accounting policies and processing procedures a plus.
