Responsibilities- Conduct formal and informal psychological evaluations to assess the needs of individuals in our care.
- Develop and implement behavioral goal plans and guidelines to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Provide training and technical support to staff on behavioral plans and guidelines.
- Document services provided and review behavior plan data to ensure compliance with ICF and Innovations standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of consumer information and adhere to North Carolina Confidentiality Rules.
- Attend quarterly psychiatric meetings and provide documentation of behavior data.
- Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Two years' experience in providing psychological, behavioral, and assessment services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina as a Licensed Psychological Associate.
- Own transportation for use on RSL business.
