Job Summary

Ralph Scott Lifeservices Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide psychological services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct formal and informal psychological evaluations to assess the needs of individuals in our care.
  • Develop and implement behavioral goal plans and guidelines to support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Provide training and technical support to staff on behavioral plans and guidelines.
  • Document services provided and review behavior plan data to ensure compliance with ICF and Innovations standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of consumer information and adhere to North Carolina Confidentiality Rules.
  • Attend quarterly psychiatric meetings and provide documentation of behavior data.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Two years' experience in providing psychological, behavioral, and assessment services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina as a Licensed Psychological Associate.
  • Own transportation for use on RSL business.
