Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Corporate Development. This role will be responsible for supporting the sourcing, evaluation, diligence, execution, and integration of acquisition transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Idera's M&A target pipeline and cross-functional M&A sourcing, transaction execution, and integration teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and presentations that track and analyze industry and M&A activity.
  • Oversee due diligence and transaction acquisition activities, ensuring effective post-acquisition integration and hand-off to business unit leadership.
  • Collaborate with business unit presidents to drive strategic growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of M&A experience, with a strong understanding of transaction processes.
  • 2+ years of software/technology industry experience, with a focus on finance or operations.
  • Financial literacy and ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements.
  • Critical thinking, highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, focus, and understand the big-picture implications of tasks.
