Job Overview

At AMP Payment Systems, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to lead our merchant services team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a structured sales program, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a dynamic sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our merchant services products.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure team members meet their sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the merchant services industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
