We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at PCRK Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through membership sales, service enhancements, and retail sales
- Create a positive and engaging customer experience, building strong relationships with our clientele
- Educate clients on the benefits of our wellness programs, promoting our services and products
- Multi-task effectively, handling phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
