Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HRIS and Benefits Manager to join our team at Lynn Community Health Center. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing HRIS and benefit administration systems, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain all benefit information and related compliance activities throughout the organization.
  • Keep abreast of all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations affecting employee benefits.
  • Partner with the HR team to provide training and support to employees on HRIS and benefit platforms.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field, and 5 years of direct HR/payroll experience; or 10 years in high-level Human Resources role.
  • Prior ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
