We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Director to lead our electrical team in the design of public and private development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead the electrical team in the design of public and private development projects
* Recruit and manage a team of electrical engineers
* Assist with business development and client relationships
* Attend project and client meetings
* Ensure quality and compliance with industry standards

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
* 12+ years of experience in electrical design and leadership
* Professional Engineer (PE) license
* Experience in designing multiple types of buildings (architectural and industrial)
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
* Broad experience in power, lighting, fire alarm, and voice/data design
* Experience on healthcare projects preferred
