Job Opportunity

Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Washington is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Medication Aide will administer prescribed medications and perform delegated nursing tasks as allowed by state law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications to patients
  • Complete delegated nursing tasks as allowed by state law
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Function within the standards of practice as accorded by certification

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a 60-hour medication aide course from an approved school
  • Current licensure as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Iowa
