Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in leading the restaurant's operations and ensuring a high level of performance from the team. This is a leadership role that requires strong customer service and support focus, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules, provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Inspire and Empower: Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant.
- Understand that teamwork is key: Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards, take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Take action first: Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team, provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Never stop learning: Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant.
Requirements:
