Job Description

At Pods Enterprises, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Lead Customer Experience Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide leadership and guidance to customer-facing associates on the effective use of the consultative customer service process. The successful candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an overall positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and support to customer-facing associates to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a management position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
