Staff Services Manager III

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Services Manager III to join our team at the Public Employees Retirement System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and operating the overall activities of our education and training programs to deliver education, training, and communication to our members, business partners, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the overall activities of our education and training programs to deliver education, training, and communication to our members, business partners, and internal team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain high engagement among our team members, lead leaders to drive results, and develop leadership competencies in others.
- Collaborate with other business areas and partnering organizations to achieve desired outcomes despite differing opinions.
- Set strategic priorities, create business initiatives, and oversee several simultaneous efforts to consistently meet or exceed business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualifications: All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position.
- Preferred Qualifications: A degree from outside of the United States, you must submit an evaluation of this degree to determine the US equivalency.
