The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As a Call Center Specialist at Universal Health Services (UHS), you will be responsible for receiving and processing calls from referral sources, taking demographic information, and dispatching a MAT Assessor. You will also coordinate and facilitate the transfer of patients with behavioral health needs, working closely with remote assessors and healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

This is a full-time position with 8 hours shifts. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Social Services. Relevant work experience (1-3 years) is essential for this role. N/A licensure and certification are required.
