Job Overview

Valnet Concept is an innovative online media company focused on delivering engaging content that inspires exploration and discovery. We are currently in search of a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Image Specialist, dedicated to crafting and showcasing compelling visual narratives related to travel and culture.

Position Objective:

The Image Specialist at Valnet Concept will lead the development and organization of visual assets, including graphics and photo enhancements, to support our travel-centric editorial content. This position demands a combination of artistic design capabilities, creative insight, and a love for travel, ensuring that all visual components are captivating, informative, and consistent with our brand ethos.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create unique graphics and illustrations that enhance articles, features, and digital media, ensuring they are visually appealing and relevant to the travel sector.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm and implement visual storytelling concepts that enrich and elevate written narratives.
  • Retouch and refine photographs to align with editorial standards, employing advanced techniques to enhance composition, lighting, and overall aesthetic quality.
  • Develop and uphold style guides and templates for visual content, facilitating adherence to brand guidelines across the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio that highlights expertise in visual content tailored for digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Strong grasp of branding principles, layout design, color theory, and typography in digital formats.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
  • A passion for travel and a solid understanding of the visual communication requirements specific to the industry.
  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
