YOUR ROLE IN DETAIL
  • Inspiring, guiding, and nurturing the store team to deliver unparalleled customer service while enhancing our retail standards and Key Performance Indicators, thus cultivating sales and loyal clientele.
  • Surpassing sales and profitability targets for the store while managing controllable expenses to meet established Return on Sales (ROS) and payroll objectives.
  • Upholding corporate goals by devising strategic initiatives to boost store traffic and maximize profitability.
  • Overseeing all Human Resources functions within the store, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of top talent.

  • Ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and achieving consistency in presentation.

  • Creating work schedules that meet business demands while ensuring accurate timekeeping procedures are followed.
YOUR CORE ATTRIBUTES

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the footwear or apparel sectors. An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in managing personnel, scheduling, evaluating performance, and fostering professional growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail merchandising and operational practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, retail systems, web-based applications, and computerized inventory management systems. Familiarity with MPOS and StoreForce is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage a diverse customer base.
  • Analytical mindset to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Capability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds and manage shoe boxes while navigating ladders and stairs.
  • Some domestic travel may be required, up to 5%.

COMPENSATION DETAILS
  • Annual salary range of $62,000 - $72,000.
  • Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
