Center Operations Manager

Claremedica- Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our care center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care, profitability, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience: Implement initiatives to enhance patient experience and satisfaction, ensuring best-in-class care center performance.
- Financial Management: Manage Care Center P&L, working closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, and analyzing financial data to implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Operational Excellence: Collect and analyze care center data to maintain and improve center quality, efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Team Leadership: Train and lead Care Center team members, including Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and Referral Coordinators, and oversee their ongoing professional development.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan and goals, including overseeing and leading care center performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other department leaders, including operational leaders, VBC, finance, and human resources, to achieve organizational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company priorities, policies, and procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with at least 2 years of experience in managing medical clinics or healthcare facilities.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving, critical reasoning, and decision-making skills, and intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
