We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Surgical Services team at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of nurses and support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality improvement and patient safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of 3-5 years' progressive management experience in an acute healthcare setting.
- BS in nursing or health-related field preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
- FL RN License.
