Center Manager Job Description

At Claremedica- Palm Beach Gardens, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our care center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage the care center's budget and financial performance, working closely with the finance team to achieve financial goals.
  • Analyze data to maintain and improve center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Address and resolve operational issues within the care center.
  • Train and lead the care center team, including medical assistants, front desk staff, and referral coordinators.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan and goals.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong background in managed care with accountability in center-level P&L.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing medical clinics or healthcare facilities.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve operational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
