Role Overview

As a Lead Teacher, you will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers, model behaviors, and provide constructive feedback. You will implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.

  • Implement KinderCare's curriculum to cater to diverse child needs
  • Create a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity and growth
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and organizational abilities
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific guidelines for the role
