Qualified candidates will possess a Master's Degree/Certification in Special Education and have experience working with K-12 children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating individualized education plans, communicating with staff and family members, and preparing detailed lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP) tailored to each student's needs
  • Communicate effectively with staff and family members regarding student progress and challenges
  • Prepare and submit detailed lesson plans for administrators' approval
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student-centered education plans
  • Utilize individualized reinforcement techniques to foster student growth and achievement
  • Collaborate with on-site therapists to address disciplinary and behavioral issues
  • Create a safe and productive classroom environment that promotes student success
