Your Role
As an Achievement Prep Elementary School Lead Teacher, you will specialize in either English Language Arts or Math for our elementary scholars. You will be responsible for teaching ELA or Math to 2 groups of scholars daily, implementing a research-based curriculum, and personalizing instruction for scholars with IEPs. Additionally, you will create assessments and use data to ensure mastery of standards, collaborate with peers to set data-driven academic goals, cultivate a joyful and consistent classroom culture, and engage with scholars and families to build trust and rapport.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, a teaching license or passing Praxis scores, and 2+ years of K-12 teaching experience. Experience in underserved communities is also highly valued. A Master's degree in Education and teacher leadership experience are desired qualifications.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
