Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator and Department Supervisor to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding merchandising philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Maintain current, fresh, and fashionable merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
