Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have a strong understanding of office equipment and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless coordination of office activities
  • Design and implement an efficient office layout, maximizing productivity and organization
  • Collaborate with human resources to develop, update, and maintain office procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment, working closely with the IT department to resolve any technical issues
  • Manage and record invoices, negotiate contracts with vendors, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Plan and execute special events, such as holiday parties and employee appreciation lunches, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Schedule repair vendors for facility maintenance and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Handle staff relations, including implementing policies from the employment handbook and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Establish and implement plans for security cameras, key distribution, and key return, ensuring a secure and organized workspace
  • Maintain accurate records of all company devices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college education preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role preferred
  • Strong understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
