Cannabis Retail Associate:

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Patient Service Representative plays a crucial role in educating patients about medical cannabis and its applications while delivering exceptional customer service. This position may require cross-training and support in various departments such as administration and packaging. We strive to foster a friendly, inviting, and professional atmosphere for both patients and team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Educates customers on cannabis products and their uses.
  • Assists customers in selecting products efficiently and promptly.
  • Handles patient orders and transactions using POS systems.
  • Manages cash till operations and deposits at the end of the day.
  • Supports management with daily operational tasks, including assistance in other areas as necessary.
  • Ensures a clean and professional environment for patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
  • Must agree to a criminal background check conducted by the Company.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the background check.
  • Valid identification is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Understanding of cannabis uses and various medicating methods.
  • Familiarity with cannabis brands and available products.
  • General knowledge of cannabis regulations, including dispensing procedures and transaction limits.
  • Ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems while assisting customers.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
