PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides customers with education and information about cannabis and its uses. Assists customers with product selection in an efficient and timely manner. Processes patient orders and payments utilizing POS software. Operates, maintains, and closes cash till and deposits end of daily earnings. Assists management staff with daily operational needs (this includes assisting in other departments when needed). Maintains a clean and professional environment for patients. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of the criminal background check conducted. Valid identification. High school diploma or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge of the uses of cannabis and different methods of medicating. Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available. General knowledge of cannabis product regulations including dispensing procedures and transaction limits. Demonstrates the ability to operate Point of Sale and other computer systems while assisting customers. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
